PROBLEM 
SOLUTION 
NO COFFEE FROM HEADS 
Check mains water supply. P Guage on machine should show 1-5 bar normally. 
Grind too fine. Adjust grinder to a rougher grind. 
Group heads blocked. Clean with cleaning powder. 
Touchpads not working. Check all connections with mains power isolated. Call us for more help. 
 
NO STEAM 
Machine cold. Open steam arms and wait 10-15 minutes. 
Boiler has just filled with cold water. Wait 5-10 minutes. 
Steam nozzles blocked. Remove and clean. 
Steam valves choked. Call us for more help.. 
 
COFFEE POURING TOO FAST  
Grind too rough. Adjust grinder finer and test. 
Not a full portion in filter holder. Empty holder and dispense full measure from grinder. 
 
FILTER HOLDER NOT LOCKING IN  
Group seals need replaced. 
Call us for more help. 
Too much coffee in filter holder. Dispense 1 measure into filter holder. 
 
TOO MUCH/TOO LITTLE COFFEE IN CUP  
Quantity needs set as per machine instructions.

LEAKING FROM UNDER MACHINE  
Waste box blocked. 
Remove machine drip tray and clean out box and pipe. 
GRINDER NOT WORKING  
Check fuse. 
Hopper slide pushed in. 
Grinder overheating. 
Check grindstones-replace if worn. 
STEAM LEAKING FROM INSIDE.
