At Caledonian Catering we know that in the event of a breakdown you need a quick first time fix. That’s why our fully trained engineers carry an extensive stock of spare parts in their vehicles.
Since we don’t sell coffee we are used by some of the major roasters to service their equipment, and with no coffee deals tying you in to service, we can give you honest impartial advice on your coffee making equipment.

After Sales Service/Warranty
If you purchase a traditional espresso machine from us, the warranty which includes delivery, installation, training and the 1st year full parts and labour cover, is free of charge in Scotland. We shall endeavour to repair your machine on site within 24 hours Monday to Friday. This is also the case for those customers in England and Wales through our service partner Espresso Service.
Boiler Inspections
Working in conjunction with Zurich, we offer a boiler inspection service as per the "Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000". This is a legal requirement by the owner of the machine to have its boiler tested by a qualified engineer surveyor every 14 months. Service Contracts
Our standard espresso machine maintenance contract includes:
• Front end service every 6 months
• All call outs including labour time on site
• A guarantee on the servicable parts
• All technical assistance
• Telephone line through to qualified technician
• 24 hour answer service
• 24 hour response on breakdowns
• Grinder checks and recalibrations
Our engineers are also barista trained and can answer many questions on preparing the perfect Cappuccino.
One off service requirements for customers in Scotland
The Caledonian Catering Equipment team are able to provide help and advice or visit your premises (as necessary) to keep your espresso machine or grinder in full working order. We can strip almost any machine to allow an engineer surveyor access in the case of a boiler inspection. Please contact us on the form below for details.
Don’t have a service contract currently?
If your business doesn’t currently have a contract with CCE or if you are based in England or Wales and have bought equipment from us, please contact us on the form below with details of the equipment you have, and the service you require and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss what we can do.
Due to geographical constraints we are unable to provide direct service contracts/servicing of your machine outside of Scotland.
